JobRoad is coming to Versailles!
As part of the Versailles sustainable neighborhood contract, the Employment Center, together with its partner Jobroad, is launching a project based on the principle of blind hiring: until the final interview with the employer, no resume or cover letter is required. Here, it is your skills, motivation, and interactions that matter most.
The goal? To break down barriers, open new doors, and create meaningful encounters between job seekers and recruiting companies.
📅 Important dates:
- Thursday, November 6 – Information booth in Versailles. Come learn about the initiative and sign up for screening and matching. It’s a great opportunity to ask questions and take the first step!
- Tuesday, November 18 & Wednesday, November 19 – Screening & Matching. Meet the Jobroad team for a personalized interview. The goal: to better understand your skills and expectations in order to guide you toward the most suitable employers.
- December – Meetings with employers. After the screening process, it’s time for interviews with partner companies. A face-to-face meeting, with a genuine match already established beforehand.
