Rental rates

The Employment Center's mission is to support local initiatives. That is why we offer two types of rates.

Partners (non-profit organizations active in the City of Brussels)

  • Per hour 54 €

    (from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. maximum)

  • Half day 139 €

    (8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.)

  • Full day 264 €

    (from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. maximum)

  • Coffee break 3 € / pers

    Eau, café, thé, biscuits ...

External
(all other requests)

  • Per hour 58 €

    (from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. maximum)

  • Half day 151 €

    (8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.)

  • Full day 288 €

    (from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. maximum)

  • Coffee break 3 € / pers

Rental terms and conditions:

The rooms can be rented from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Reservations are only considered valid once they have been confirmed in writing and approved by the Employment Center.

Occupants agree to use the premises without holding the Employment Center liable in any way.

Occupants are asked to respect the rented premises in accordance with the instructions provided to them.

At the end of the rental period, the rooms must be returned to their original condition (either immediately after use or at a time agreed with the organization).

The occupant shall ensure that the maximum number of participants is strictly adhered to in accordance with the capacity of the room provided.

In case of cancellation:

En cas d’annulation, les règles suivantes seront appliquées :

Moins de 10 jours ouvrables avant la date de location, 30 % de la somme sera facturée.

Moins de 5 jours ouvrables avant la date de location, l’entièreté de la somme sera facturée.
